Job Description
To Support in All the PMO Activities (Planning, Reporting, Finance. Staffing and Admin)
• Data gathering and consolidation from the various stakeholders and analyze the same
• Assist in Preparation of PPTs / data points for review
• Coordinate and collaborate with various internal and external stakeholders
• Build / Maintain knowledge repository of best practices, tools, engagement highlights
• Status reporting, presentation and facilitation
• Communicate with Engagement Managers, understand operational requirement, analyze and propose solution
• Support the operations team to keep the resource tracker / Master trackers updated.
• Take necessary action to facilitate the client on-boarding's.
